1. What Titrate is — and is not
Titrate is a wellness self-management companion that helps adults with ADHD record medication doses, timed check-ins, side-effects, sleep, and mood, and turn those records into a structured report for their prescriber. It is a general-wellness tool.
Titrate is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It never recommends a dose, a medication, or a change to either. Predicted effect curves are educational visualizations based on published pharmacokinetics — not instructions. All decisions about your medication belong to you and your licensed prescriber.
If you experience severe or safety-critical symptoms, contact your doctor or emergency services. Do not rely on this app in an emergency.
2. Acceptance
By using Titrate at titrate.day, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
3. Your data
Your logs are stored on your own device and belong to you. Our Privacy Policyexplains exactly what we do and don't receive. You may export or erase your data at any time. You are responsible for anyone you choose to share a report link with.
4. Optional accounts
Some features (such as revocable report share links) require an optional account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Titrate for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
- Misrepresent content generated by Titrate as a medical record, prescription, or clinician-issued document.
- Use the service on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Titrate app, design, and original content are the property of the operator. The validated screening instruments referenced in the app — the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1) and the Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale (WFIRS) — remain the property of their respective authors and are used in accordance with their free-use terms. Scores they produce are screening aids, not diagnoses.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that predicted effect timelines match your individual response; physiology varies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Titrate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome, arising from or related to your use of the service. Your use of any information in the app is at your own risk, and medical decisions must be made with a qualified clinician.
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
