Built by someone who wished this existed during his own titration.
Titrate is designed and built by Ohad Fisher, a solo founder and software engineer based in Israel. During ADHD medication titration, the questions are always the same — is it working, when does it peak, is this side-effect the dose or just a bad day? — and the answers live in details nobody remembers by the next appointment. Titrate exists to capture those details as they happen.

Titrate is an independent, self-funded project — no investors, no ads, no data brokerage. The business model is a product people find useful enough to pay for, and nothing else. Every clinical claim on this site is checked against primary sources and prescribing information before it ships.
