About Titrate
Titrate is designed and built by Ohad Fisher, a solo founder and software engineer based in Israel. During ADHD medication titration, the questions are always the same — is it working, when does it peak, is this side-effect the dose or just a bad day? — and the answers live in details nobody remembers by the next appointment. Titrate exists to capture those details as they happen.
Every tracked signal is grounded in published evidence — validated instruments (ASRS v1.1, WFIRS), NICE NG87 titration guidance, and real pharmacokinetics. See our editorial policy for how content is reviewed.
Your health data lives on your device, not on our servers. No signup wall, works offline, delete means delete. Privacy isn't a promise here — it's the architecture.
No streaks that shatter, no shame mechanics, no dark patterns. Titrate is built for the dysregulated days, not just the good ones.
A wellness companion for adults working through ADHD medication titration with their prescriber. One-tap dose logging, check-ins timed to how your specific formulation actually absorbs, side-effect tracking, and a clean 30-day report your clinician can scan in seconds.
It is not a medical device and never recommends a dose. That scope is deliberate — see our terms and privacy policy for the details, and our editorial policy for how the science content is sourced and reviewed.
Titrate is an independent, self-funded project — no investors, no ads, no data brokerage. The business model is a product people find useful enough to pay for, and nothing else. Every clinical claim on this site is checked against primary sources and prescribing information before it ships.
Feedback, corrections, prescriber questions, or just to say the report worked in your appointment — the contact page reaches Ohad directly.
Free, no signup, data stays on your device. By your next appointment you'll have the report your titration deserves.
